This is from the old board, but it can't hurt. I'll transfer every one I've done:
Spoink:
moves:
psycic
power gem
charge beam/ grass knot/ hidden power/mirror coat
substitute/calm mind
psycic is a n all-around good move . power gem hits bugs and dark types. Charge beam, grass knot, and HP are other special moves you can use. The last is up to your choice. If you choose calm mind, you might want to not use charge beam
Natures:
Modest/Timid natures work best for spoink
use a calm nature if you plan on a mirror coating spoink
Abillity:thick fat
I chose that one because it grants you resistance to 2 common types. Own Tempo is lesser ability, because it blocks confusion, whichcan be blocked by a sub, and can be cured by switching
raichu: (special/mixed sweeper)
ability : static
nature: hasty ( + speed - def)
moves:
volt tackle/hidden power
TBolt
nasty plot
grass knot
i chose hasty because this raichu is a mixed sweeper unless you use HP. thunderbolt is better than thunder unless you have weather support. grass knot is to deal with ground types.
Note raichu can be a physical sweeper also

nature: adamant/ jolly (+ atk/spd -sp. atk)

stone edge
earthquake
facade/counter
shadow claw deals with psycics. stone edge hits all fliers for good damage. earthquake is a good STAB move. the last move is up to preffrence.
charzard: (physical/mixed sweeper)

roost
this set hits all types for decent damage. earthquake is an all-around good move. dragon claw hits all types exept steel. flare blitz is a good STAB move. roost makes sure you dont kill yourself with flare blitz

Moves ; Light screen -supportave move
Surf - primary offensave move
toxic - status inflicter
protect - to help feebas stay in the battle

sunny dauy activates sunflora's ability that turns Hp inte sp. Atk. solarbeam is the main move while sunny day is active. energy ball is for when the sun turns off, and ;eech seed is to regain health

Mirror Coat
Surf and Ice beam are standard. Mirror coat is to redirect special damage, and Recover is to keep Milotic in the game. You might want to consider a flame orb to activate Marvel Scale.
Kabutops (physical sweeper)
Ability: Battle armour/swift swim
Nature: Jolly(+spd -sp. atk)
Moves:
Aqua Jet/ waterfall
Stone edge/rock slide
Rain dance/brick break
slash/night slash/dig
use jolly to raise average speed.
Consider a choice scarf. Without it, you can give Aqua jet a lot of consideration. stone edge and rock slide is up to preferance. no rain dance if you dont have swift swim. Lsat move is up to preferance. you can use 2 of the last moves, or Aqua jet and waterfall if you want.
