This game is EPIC. After an electronic bomb, the ray sphere, is set off in Empire City, it eliminates six blocks of the city and causes major blackouts. It kills everyone in its blast radius but Cole, a man who got the odd request of delivering the ray sphere. The ray sphere took the electric energy out of a group of people, and absorbs it into one person. Cole was that one person. Now he has the choice of either becoming Empire City's savior, or its scourge.

Did you choose good or bad? My rank is Hero right now and I eliminated 89% of crime in Neon District.
